Extremely fast service, excellent customer service.

Since the problem was a result of inefficiency at the factory. The problem was taken care of but it took a day and half and no one ever called to tell us the job was finished. John Cloud

Had an appointment time, but still I spent an hour and a half for an oil change. Way too long.

Service is good, but after dropping the truck off I receive a text from service department stating my oil & filter change is $79.95. I agreed and approved in text. Upon picking up my truck it's not $79.95 its $129.95. They've done this to me the last 2 oil changes. They have explained to me why, but haven't fixed the problem. NOT GOOD.

I do not like Michael Wolfe. I find him to be arrogant and uninformative. This is the second time I had him as my advisor and I got zero information about my vehicle from him after my service.
