Little slow

This was my first time being disappointed with an appointment. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a routine oil change on my GMC Terrain. Typically an early slot meant an organized, quick turnaround. I arrived at 7:50am with 1 car in line in front of me. My paperwork shows my car wasn’t checked in until almost 8:30am. The service team prioritizes appointments and non-appointments as the same priority. I waited over 90 minutes for an oil change. After exiting my car there was no acknowledgement of me being there waiting until my car was ready. There is really no point in scheduling an appointment if they don’t matter.

Friendly and courteous service. Items were fixed in a timely manner.

Felt very comfortable. Employees took good care of us and answered all questions.
