Responses were returned quickly, we bought from out of state so a large part of our decision to make the trip down to look at the truck was due to the fact we had the out the door costs ahead of coming down. We were able to get in and out of the dealership quickly, so we could get back on the road home quickly.

You need to give Kevin a raise. He’s the real deal.. I have bought three vehicles from Mark Allen. The financial side of things is not good and that my interest rate is off the charts on this particular truck, which I nearly love.

I was treated with respect and kindness by all dealership personnel I came in contact with. Sales personnel were patient with my many questions. I probably took an unfair share of time with my salesperson but never felt rushed or pushed. Good experience.

Fast and friendly service

I took my car into the Dealership because it wouldn’t start the day before. We put a battery charger on it all night and it started the next morning, which was a Saturday morning. My husband wanted to have it checked. We got there and they took my car right it. After a couple of hours of testing the battery they determined it was a bad battery. They replaced my battery (vehicle still under warranty) and inspected everything else while there! It was a great experience after a stressful two days. We loved visiting with Josh as well!! Thank you!

Good good got in and out quick

Before I even got my things together to step out of vehicle in the service bay, the service person was right there to help. Someone else saw me coming toward the wait room and got up to open the door for me. Clean, comfortable quiet wait area. Service was fast. Service person walked me to cashier to check out. She asked if I'd like to use points to pay for service, which I didn't even know could be done or that I even had points. When I went out to my car, it had been washed and looked great. All in all a great experience.
